All orders placed on trygleamhome.com are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Free Shipping Promotion: GleamHome offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling $50.00 or more before taxes. This offer applies automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

GleamHome ships to all 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Domestic orders are fulfilled through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

Estimated Domestic Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the control of GleamHome. Delivery to U.S. territories and remote areas may require additional transit time.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

GleamHome ships to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that only Standard Shipping is available for these address types, and delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

GleamHome is proud to offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. International shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

International Shipping Details

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

GleamHome has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned to GleamHome, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

International Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to local regulations. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the restricted item.

Order Tracking

GleamHome provides tracking information for every order so you can monitor your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
  2. This email will include your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
  3. Click the tracking link or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number to view real-time updates on your shipment status.
  4. You can also check your order status by logging into your GleamHome account at trygleamhome.com and navigating to your order history.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

Tracking Issues

If your tracking number does not appear to be working or shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please reach out to us at support@trygleamhome.com so we can investigate the status of your shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

GleamHome takes great care in packaging your orders securely. However, once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our direct control. We are committed to helping resolve any issues that may arise during transit.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk or mailroom.
  3. Look around your property for the package, including side doors, porches, garages, and any other locations where the carrier may have left it.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file an inquiry or request more details about the delivery.
  5. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact GleamHome at support@trygleamhome.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

GleamHome will work with the carrier to investigate the matter. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at our discretion.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period and the package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@trygleamhome.com. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the affected items.
  2. Contact us at support@trygleamhome.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photographs.
  3. Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

GleamHome will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and current. GleamHome is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Important Address Guidelines

Address Corrections After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address. In some cases, we can request an address correction through the carrier, but this is not always possible and may incur additional fees. GleamHome cannot guarantee that address change requests will be fulfilled once a package is in transit.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to GleamHome due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order. If you do not respond within 30 days, a refund will be issued for the product value minus the original shipping cost.
