Domestic Shipping

GleamHome ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa).

International Shipping

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

GleamHome takes great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. Here is how we handle these situations:

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check around your delivery area, including porches, garages, side doors, and with neighbors.
  2. Contact your local post office or shipping carrier to inquire about the delivery.
  3. Wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they actually arrive.
  4. If you still have not received your package after 48 hours, contact GleamHome at support@trygleamhome.com with your order number and tracking details. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, GleamHome will, at our discretion, issue a replacement shipment or a full refund for the order.

Packages with No Tracking Updates

If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or with items broken during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trygleamhome.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. GleamHome is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Address Changes After Order Placement

If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at support@trygleamhome.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to GleamHome due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment. If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@trygleamhome.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. In that case, you may initiate a return once the order has been delivered.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages on different dates. If this occurs, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. All items will be delivered within the estimated delivery window.
